Programs
Building a Movement for Awareness, Equity, and Change
Our programs are designed to uplift families, empower young leaders, and fuel progress through education, advocacy, and community action.
HERo Circle Mentorship
“Inspiring girls today, shaping leaders tomorrow.”
Empowering Young Women to Lead
The HERo Circle is our signature mentorship program for high school girls. Through leadership development, mentorship, and empowerment activities, we prepare young women to step into their future with confidence. The program provides safe spaces to share, learn, and grow—focusing on resilience, education, and community leadership.
HERo Circle College Tour
“Opening doors to higher education and beyond.”
Opening Doors to Higher Education
Across HBCUs
This week-long tour, powered by our movement, takes young women to Historically Black Colleges & Universities or HBCUs. Students connect directly with admissions staff, current students, and alumni, while also experiencing the culture and history that make HBCUs so impactful.
Community Awareness and Education
“Knowledge shared, communities strengthened.”
Bringing Information Where It’s Needed Most
We partner with schools, faith communities, and healthcare providers to increase awareness about sickle cell and health equity. From community workshops to professional training sessions, our education programs help close gaps in understanding and build stronger, healthier communities. Focusing on Sickle Cell Disease and Sickle Cell Trait.
Research & Advocacy Partnerships
“Driving progress through policy and innovation.”
Fueling Progress for the Future
Through partnerships with organizations like the American Red Cross, National Donor Match formally known as Be The Match, and Children’s Minnesota, we support efforts that advance research, expand donor awareness, and influence policies that make care more equitable. We believe research and advocacy together create lasting change.
Global Education Initiatives
“Expanding opportunities, one child at a time.”
Extending Hope Beyond Borders
Our programs don’t stop locally. We also support global education initiatives, including projects that expand access to health and learning opportunities for children in Africa. Education empowers change and together, we’re helping more children reach their potential.
